Check time is the median round trip to a node and its trace check. Your API's latency will differ.
What does healthy mean?
RegionHop checks every catalog node against Cloudflare's trace endpoint and compares the observed colo with its expected location. A colo remains available when at least one node passes. A partial node failure is shown as degraded.
Checks older than 90 minutes are marked stale. History starts with the first recorded check; missing checks stay blank. These checks cover catalog health, not the availability of your target API or a guarantee of its observed source location.
